The first foods for infants is essential to regulate their eating habits for life - really! If you start a child with processed rice cereal, juice and baby foods, your child will not get a good taste for healthy foods. Instead, get a baby food grinder (and take every where you go) and crush lightly cooked vegetables, cooked grains, raw fruits and nuts cooked. Introduce this baby to the best too. When you do this, taste your child will become familiar with foods healthy. It has most of the fighting here.
As you continue to feed your child foods basis for most foods, most of the trouble does not exist. Remember why we should eat foods: To provide food for the body! If we do not give foods nourishing the body, the body will react to interference and dysfunction. On the other hand, if we eat foods high in nutrients, our bodies will have nutrients to heal and strengthen itself.
Eating a diet nutritious good and healthy is often just a matter of a better food choices. Choose to eat and to give your child a high foods nutrition and fiber, many of the raw and whole.
There are many great healthy snack that is also comfortable. Just out of the mindset "redness and fruitloops". Great snacks including mini carrots, fresh apple slices, raisins, raw nuts and trail mix (for older toddlers), popcorn (not using a micro-waved popcorn as a modified grain structure and unhealthy), wheat crackers, rice cakes, granola, granola bars, and more. This and all other high in nutrients and fiber, as opposed to unhealthy carbohydrates, sugars, fat, and calories light most children. Then again, your child will get a taste for good healthy foods and enjoy eating them. Health benefits well worth it!
